   Toronto collective First Rate People, have done it again! 2011 has seen the band produce one infectious hit after another including their latest single 'Someone Else Can Make A Work of Art' a breezy summer tune, a follow-up to January's dance jam 'Funny Games.'    The collective which now includes Born Ruffian's Luke Lalonde have crafted one infectious summer track, a light, breezy tune perfect for a day at the beach or lounging at the park. The band manages to capture the sound and spirit of summer in one knock out performance, that's been stuck on repeat at Shattered Vinyl for weeks. The latest effort is available for a the band's website along with previous single 'Funny Games.'
